Go-To Green Juice

Since becoming a health coach, something that’s come up with a number of clients is: What’s the deal with juicing?

This seems to be constantly debated, but here’s my approach: think of juicing as the ultimate way to get liquid vitamins. Juices can be an excellent supplement to your diet, but should not be treated as a replacement for meals.

Here is my go-to green juice recipe (all organic ingredients!) that’s a nice mix of greens nutrients and flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine

  • ½ cucumber

  • 1 Fuji apple

  • 4 stalks celery

  • 1 lemon, peeled

  • 1 chunk ginger

  • cilantro

How To

  • alternate hard and soft ingredients into juicer

  • add cilantro last for pop of flavor

  • stir, strain if desired, and pour!
