What I Eat in a Day 2

Hello SnackFaces! Wow, wow, wow, where do I start? First and foremost, thank you so much to those of you who reached out to me via Instagram, commented on YouTube or commented on my first What I Eat in a Day blog post. The fact you've followed my journey from college through now honestly makes me emotional, and I really appreciate your putting yourself out there to share your feedback with me.

It's hard to try to pick up where I left off. There are so many stories to tell and aspects of my life to share. The easiest way to start, though, is for me to start with food. Food marks so many of my memories, from the meals and snacks themselves to my relationship with it throughout my past. Many of those reading now remember the 21-year-old girl who was finding her footing in life, trying to better her relationship with food, sharing everything from crazy college nights out to emotional hardships and starting real life post-college. I'm hoping to achieve that level of vulnerability with my writing again (and, newly, with my videos), but I know it's going to take time. So I am truly grateful to have you here for the process.

With THAT said, I had a ton of fun filming another day of eats. This time, there is no 10-minute smoothie, I promise. It was a classic snacky day, and Zach even makes an appearance! It's interesting to edit myself because: 1) I'm very critical of myself to begin with, so it's a challenge to chill TF out on some things, and 2) as soon as Zach is in the picture (literally) my entire demeanor loosens up. It's weird to watch it happen even though I know that's how I feel around him!

Included in this blog post is just a fraction of what I ate on Monday-- watch the video for the full day of eats!

Ciao for now,
Kailey

P.S. SERIOUSLY-- THANK YOU!!!
